- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend weekly training sessions and sales performance reviews
- Represent brand at local trade shows and community events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of outside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends required)
