- Drive Sales: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet their requirements.
- Meet Targets: consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Customer Service: provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Store Operations: maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve collective success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to succeed and a desire to earn based on performance.
- Local Presence: Must reside in or near the Washington DC area.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle transactions accurately and process returns.
