Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Presentation: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services to prospective customers.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales over the phone or video conference.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM system, tracking leads, activities, and deal progress to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Follow-Through: Execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine sales scripts and strategies for better conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Reliability: Access to a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
