Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email to identify customer needs.
- Present product demonstrations and service proposals to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track interactions and update customer records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn more through a commission structure.
- Must reside in or willing to relocate to the Virginia Beach, VA area.
