Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and exceptional customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business clients in Atlanta and PA markets
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and closing deals
- Represent our premium product line at local events and trade shows
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse client demographics
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel (Atlanta/PA markets)
- Strong time management with ability to prioritize multiple sales pipelines
- Professional presentation and ability to represent premium brand image
- Experience in B2B or high-value retail sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
