Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Accurately process sales orders and manage customer accounts within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
