Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via inbound and outbound channels to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service features/benefits to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Record accurate data and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
