Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Accurately log all interactions and sales data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently.
