Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
- Present products or services to prospects, demonstrating value and addressing objections.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be available for part-time hours, typically evenings or weekends.
