Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients in the Nashville and Georgia markets.
- Manage and update accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
