Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in real-time.
- Present company products and services to potential customers in a professional, persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and closing.
- Track and report on daily sales activities and progress toward monthly KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building.
