- Schedule and conduct appointments for senior account executives, ensuring a smooth handoff process.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer data, and maintain accurate records.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets for call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and optimize lead quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
