Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and product demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and exceed quarterly quotas.
- Accurately record all interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
