Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling and prospecting.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis calls with prospective clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Virginia Beach office.
