Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and interaction history.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings with decision-makers and senior leadership.
- Reporting: Track daily activities, provide weekly sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Tools: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
