- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and data into our CRM system to maintain accurate sales pipelines.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through consistent effort and strategic follow-up.
Qualifications
- Previous Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger to succeed and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with computer systems, email, and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
