Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Engage with prospects to identify needs and present solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Execute product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and professional development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
