Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through CRM outreach and targeted campaigns
- Develop deep expertise in our B2B SaaS solutions to effectively address client pain points
- Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to manufacturing industry needs
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities in the Midwest region
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or industrial products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport over phone/video
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting customer needs and market data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
