Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads via phone and email.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to clients in Charlotte and Virginia.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Must be available to work part-time hours, typically 20-30 hours per week.
