We are looking for individuals who are driven by results and want to leverage their communication skills to earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective clients.
- Present our products/services effectively and overcome objections to secure sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
- Follow up with leads promptly to ensure high conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
