Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify high-intent leads using CRM tools and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Client Outreach: Conduct high-impact phone calls and email campaigns to engage decision-makers and schedule meetings.
- Demo & Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Deal Closing: Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques to close deals and onboard new customers efficiently.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, pipeline status, and client data in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success (B2B experience highly preferred).
- Communication: Superior verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) during business hours.
