Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads to determine their needs and present appropriate solutions or services.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
