Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads in the US market.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account setup.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (High School Diploma required).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize earning potential.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely from Pennsylvania.
