Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings
- Track performance metrics and report to Sales Manager
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Must be available 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Resident of Louisville, KY area required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
