- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Contribute to team innovation through competitive market analysis
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management with ability to work autonomously
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client visits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Must reside within 50 miles of Columbus
