Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Inquiries: Professionally respond to phone calls and emails from prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine if our solutions fit the prospect's business model.
- Schedule Appointments: Utilize CRM software to book qualified meetings with our Account Executives.
- Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver concise, value-driven presentations of our software and services.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Accurately log all activities and sales metrics into the CRM system daily.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Computer Skills: Strong typing speed and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
