- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual/demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and report performance metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
