- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM data analysis
- Present tailored solutions to prospects via virtual product demonstrations
- Close sales agreements while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction ratings
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% data accuracy
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative settings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
