Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and sales strategies
- Accurately document all interactions and pipeline data in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity benchmarks
- Participate in regular team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
