Your Mission
As our Part-Time Inside Sales Rep, you will act as the face of Apex Digital Solutions. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting calls, and presenting our services to potential clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and close deals will directly impact our quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and prospect data in the CRM system.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and improve lead quality.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets within a part-time capacity.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
