Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Explain product value propositions and close deals over phone/video
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in bi-weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside/outside sales experience preferred (not required)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
