Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and present product/service solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Close sales over the phone, achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and strategies.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve customer objections.
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
