Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects for our sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using established sales methodologies.
- Present product demos and value propositions to potential customers via phone and web.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target the right audience.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, call center, or customer success roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
