Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to qualified leads within the Kansas and Illinois territories.
- Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into scheduled appointments.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Present product demonstrations and service overtures to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
