Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent monthly revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly sales training and team building events in our modern downtown office.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
