Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across San Diego County
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers in face-to-face meetings
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions with leadership
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable technology products a plus
