What You'll Do:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or outside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work MondayâFriday (Weekends OFF).

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate new sales leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Close deals and secure contracts with new business partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Valid California driverâs license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Availability to work a standard MondayâFriday schedule.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
