Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-value leads in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
- Present and demonstrate our industry-leading products/services to prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
- Close sales deals on-site or over the phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead to close.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and forecasting future sales.
- Collaborate with the regional sales director to develop territory strategies and achieve monthly quotas.
- Attend weekly training sessions to master new sales techniques and product updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience in a commission-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; willing to travel within the Dallas area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated mindset with a hunger to exceed sales targets and earn top-tier commissions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
