Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring revenue
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 80%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast accurately
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews

Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or B2B experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
