Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and client outreach on weekends to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and manage existing accounts within the Dallas region.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients face-to-face.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven outside sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
