Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle technical objections
- Partner with Account Executives to close complex deals
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
