Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our innovative solutions to prospective clients to uncover needs and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
