Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and qualifying leads within the Virginia Beach market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and networking events to drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle required for client visits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of goal achievement.
