Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our products/services to prospective clients.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure agreements and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Strategically map out territories and execute campaigns to penetrate new market segments in San Diego and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Availability: Must be available for field work and client meetings within the San Diego area.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track progress.
