Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential clients via phone and email.
- Presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections effectively, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot to track prospect progress and pipeline health.
- Follow-up: Execute a disciplined follow-up cadence to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly activity reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of success in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a hunger to earn uncapped commission.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours as a Part-Time role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
