Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local sales plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present our premium services.
- Identify and qualify leads within the Austin market to expand our customer base.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage local events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales or business development (Tech or Service industry preferred).
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with flexibility.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
