Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and cultivate new business relationships within the Columbus metropolitan area.
- Product Presentation: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value and solve pain points.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately update Salesforce/CRM systems with client interactions, forecasts, and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Driver's License: Valid, active driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Goal Orientation: Highly driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated by financial performance.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar customer relationship management software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
