Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and cold calling local leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and refine sales strategies.
- Track sales activities and forecast future revenue targets accurately.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for Outside Sales).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- A self-starter attitude with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
