Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with high-value clients across North Carolina through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and execute customized sales presentations aligned with client business objectives
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence
- Provide actionable market insights to product development team
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with track record of quota achievement
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina (40-50%)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently
