Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at local events, street fairs, and high-traffic San Francisco neighborhoods
- Promote and demonstrate our eco-friendly product line to diverse audiences
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets
- Attend bi-weekly training sessions on products and sales techniques
- Represent our brand professionally at community outreach events
- Utilize digital tools for lead tracking and customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and comfort approaching strangers
- Reliable transportation or access to SF public transit
- Ability to work weekends and flexible after-school hours
- Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM tools
- Enthusiastic personality with a passion for learning
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Must maintain passing grades (if applicable)
